How do I order a custom cake?

Can PureBakes customize a reference design?
Yes. References help communicate the direction you like. The studio can adapt palette, proportions and details into a made-to-order design.
Are eggless cakes available?
Both egg and eggless cakes are available.
What flavours are available?
Flavour is discussed separately when you plan your order, as the photographs primarily show cake design inspiration.
Where is pickup available?
Pickup details are shared during order coordination.
Does PureBakes deliver across Hyderabad?
We can assist with cab delivery. Applicable cab charges are paid by the customer, and cake payment must be completed before the cab is booked.
How is an order confirmed?
A 50% advance confirms the order. The remaining 50% is completed before pickup or before a delivery cab is booked.
When is the remaining balance due?
The remaining balance is completed before pickup or before PureBakes books an assisted delivery cab.
Who pays assisted delivery cab charges?
The customer pays the applicable cab charge. PureBakes can assist with arranging the cab after the cake payment is complete.
